Amit Rohra
A journey that began at the age of sixteen, and grew into a lifelong passion for lighting and design.

Amit Rohra, founder of Mr. Light Illumination, has played a significant role in shaping the evolution of premium lighting in India. He entered the industry at just sixteen, learning the business from the ground up, and what began as early exposure to the trade grew into a lifelong passion for lighting and design.
Over the years he built Mr. Light in New Delhi into a respected name among architects, designers, and homeowners seeking thoughtful lighting. Known for his eye for quality and innovation, he was directly responsible for introducing several renowned European lighting houses to the Indian market for the first time, bringing global design standards and technologies to the country.

Hitesh Rohra
Creative & Managing DirectorLight as an essential element of spatial experience, not a purely functional addition.
Hitesh Rohra is the Creative Director and Head of Lighting Design at Mr. Light Illumination. With a background that bridges architecture and lighting design, he approaches illumination as an essential element of spatial experience rather than a purely functional addition.
He studied Interior Architecture at the University of California, Davis, and worked as an interior architect before pursuing a Master's in Lighting Design at Politecnico di Milano, where he also worked on lighting design projects across Italy.
